Maintaining, repairs and warranty

Proper maintenance of jewelry quality:
All jewelry is made of brass / alpaca metal, with 24K gold plating or 925 silver plating.

In order to maintain the jewelry and their plating it is recommended not to bring them in contact with water,

perfumes etc.
Keep them in an open, dry place and not in boxes or in a place with moisture.

Sensitivity to metals:
If you suffer from sensitivity to metals, it is recommended that you consult us before placing an order, we will be happy to help!


Responsibility:

All jewelry comes with a three-month warranty on the plating only, from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not include losses, fractures, scratches, tears etc.

The receipt must be kept for presentation in request for repair.


The jewelry that needs repair can be sent to our studio in Modi'in-Maccabim-Reut,

for an address registered mail only.

Attach the receipt and a note with contact details + the request to repair the jewelry to the envelope.
The repair time is about 14 business days.

Replacement of an item is subject to the following sections:

An item can be replaced in its original packaging + receipt, within 14 business days of purchase.

We will be happy to offer you another item instead with the value of the item purchased.

* The jewelry must be in the original condition in which it was purchased without any defect, with receipt only.

* In case of item return, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

  The same applies to all insurance premiums and / or taxes.

* If the returned product was purchased through PayPal, wait two weeks for your account to be charged.

* Invalid replacement on custom product.

* In countries where there are VAT and customs costs, they are at the customer's responsibility.
